Do you have any concerns about the quality or reliability of the Lazy Mule Laundry service? We're so confident in our service that we are going to give you a free load of laundry, up to 15 pounds, absolutely free. If you aren't completely satisfied with our service, simply leave your empty bag outside your room, and we will take it away for you, no questions asked. Here's how it works:

- Fill out our trial sign up form.
- NOTE: You will not be charged for this trial. We simply require you enter your credit card information,
in case you go significantly over your 15 pound limit, or in case we do not receive your bag back.
- We will deliver a trial bag to your room.
- Fill up your bag with up to 15 pounds of laundry, and fill out a Pick Mine Up form, and we will pick up
your laundry, have it professionally cleaned, and deliver it back absolutely free.
- If you are not satisfied with our service, simply fill out a Return my Bag form, and we will come get
your bag, and you will never be charged a cent!
- If you do like our service, simply start filling out a Pick Mine Up form each week and you can start
using our service regularly immediately! It's that easy!

Terms and Conditions
- If we do not receive a Return my Bag form from you by March 31 2008, you will be charged a $10 bag fee.
- We will allow a 5 pound margin for error for your free load, however if your bag weights more than
20 pounds, we will charge you for each pound over 15 pounds at a rate of 89 cents per pound.
